Ingredients

  • For the crust
  • 2 cups bread or all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast

  • Pinch of sugar

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3/4 cup warm water

  • For the topping
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, cubed or shredded

  • 4 ounces cream cheese

  • 8 ounces mozzarella, grated

  • 1 teaspoon Ranch dressing seasoning the powder

  • 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degree F.
  • On a lightly floured surface, roll bread dough into a 14-inch circle.
  • Transfer dough to a greased 13-inch pizza pan. Build up edges slightly. Prick generously with a fork. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown.
  • In a small mixing bowl, add in lemon peel, lemon juice, and margarine or butter. Mix until well combined.
  • Rinse chicken breast; pat dry. Grill chicken directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once halfway through grilling and brushing occasionally with lemon mixture the last 10 minutes of grilling.
  • Once grilled, transfer to a plate; let it cool for 5 minutes. Cut into cubes.
  • Pour enough boiling water over dried tomatoes to cover; let it rise for 2 minutes. Drain well.
  • Spread Parmesan Pizza Sauce over hot crust. Top with chicken cubes, sliced fresh tomatoes, and dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese.
  • Bake about 12 minutes more or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven; let it cool for a few minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • If you want to reduce preparing time, you might choose pre-baked pizza crust instead of pizza dough bought at store.
