Keto Blueberry Cheesecake Smoothie

If you prefer a rich creamy low-carb smoothie to serve at breakfast, lunch and dinner, keto blueberry cheesecake smoothie would be perfect.

Blueberries are placed into a blender and blend until smooth, along with almond milk, heavy cream and cream cheese, vanilla extract, liquid stevia and ground cinnamon. Yummy!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup blueberries

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 6 drops liquid stevia

Directions

  • Put all the ingredients into a mixer, and blend on high until smooth. Add in ice-cubes to make the smoothie colder if needed.
  • Transfer to a high glass and serve.

Notes

  • You may enjoy top your smoothie with a favorite fresh fruit or a scoop of low-carb cream. Enjoy!
