Spicy chicken pizza recipe is perfect to meet the eating requirement of a lover of spicy food, chicken and pizza.

Ingredients

  • For the crust
  • 500 gm pizza dough

  • Refined oil for coating

  • For spicy chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder

  • 4 tablespoon thick sour curd

  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste

  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste

  • salt as required

  • For the topping
  • 1/2 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup

  • pizza seasoning as required

  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper

  • refined oil as required

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degree F.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken breast, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chilli flakes, red chili powder, garam masala powder, curd and salt to taste. Add in the curd mixture to marinate the chicken. Set aside for an hour.
  • Heat up the oil in a pan over medium high heat. Add in marinated chicken breasts and fry it on both sides. Cook it until it turns juicy and is no longer pink.
  • Remove from heat, let it cool and chop into small pieces.
  • Transfer the pizza dough to a flat surface and roll out to get the desired thickness. Spread refined oil on the rolled out dough and place it on a baking tray.
  • Bake in preheated oven for about 5-10 minutes or until the crust is brown.
  • Remove from the oven and place it on a flat surface. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the crust. Top the sauce with mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese and add the chicken pieces along with chopped red pepper. Sprinkle the pizza seasoning.
  • Bake your pizza for about 10 minutes more or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped spring onion cut into equal slices. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • Regarding the spicy chicken, you may lower the spiciness if you cannot deal with this taste. Hope you enjoy this delicious spicy chicken pizza!
