Ingredients
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup powdered erythritol
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream or regular heavy cream
1/8 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder (optional)
Directions
- Transfer cream cheese to a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add in erythritol, stevia, vanilla, and lemon extract. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, beat heavy cream with mixer until stiff peaks form.
- Add in half of the whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Whisk until well incorporated. Add in the remaining whipped cream.
