Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

  • 16 ounces riced cauliflower

  • 12 ounces broccoli florets

  • 3 cups grated cheddar, divided

  • 2 large eggs, beaten

  • 4 slices bacon

  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon cracked pepper

  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Bring a pot of lightly saltwater to boil. Parboil the cauliflower and broccoli for a few minutes. Drain thoroughly.
