Ingredients
1/2 cup organic tahini
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoons olive oil
1/3cup water
sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Add all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Gradually add in 1/3 cup water until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Keep in the fridge up to 7 days.
Notes
- You can also put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
