Featuring organic tahini, minced garlic and lemon juice, this Keto lemon Tahini dressing is also a “worth-saving” dressing recipe for keto eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup organic tahini

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated

  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/3cup water

  • sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk until well combined. Gradually add in 1/3 cup water until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Keep in the fridge up to 7 days.

Notes

  • You can also put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
