Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the baking pan with cupcake liners. Set aside.
- To make the crust, melt the butter, add in almond meal. Mix well until the mixture becomes dough-like.
- Press the dough into the bottom of a muffin tin (a teaspoon at a time). Bake in preheated oven for about 5 minutes, until slightly brown and crispy.

- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the crust; using an ice cream scooper.
