Keto chocolate mousse is a beloved dessert of both kids and adults alike, especially those who have had cravings for mousse and chocolate for years.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted

  • 1/4 cup Lakanto powdered sweetener

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions

  • Place heavy cream in a bowl. Whisk until relatively stiff peaks form.
  • Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla and salt to the bowl and continue to whisk until just combine.
  • Transfer to a serving glass and enjoy right away. Or, chill the mousse for a more set version.
