Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp almond flour, fluffed up

  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted

  • 1 tbsp Sukrin

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 large egg yolk

  • 1 tsp water

Directions

  • Combine almond flour, cocoa powder, Sukrin and baking powder into a mug. Mix with a fork to combine.
  • Add mayonnaise, egg yolk, and water to the mug. Stir until completely combined. Let batter sit for 1-2 minutes.
  • Microwave for 50 seconds, depending on your microwave.
  • Once cooked, remove and serve.
