Ingredients

  • For the salad
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese

  • 2 cups chopped lettuce

  • 1 avocado

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 2 tbsp red onion chopped

  • For the beef
  • 500 g ground beef

  • 1/2 packet Taco seasoning

  • 3/4 cup water

Directions

  • Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork to the pan and cook until brown. Add in seasoning and water. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Put all salad ingredients into a plate. Cover with chopped lettuce and cooked beef. Mix and enjoy!

Notes

  • Aside from ground beef, you can also make this taco salad with grilled chicken and pork. Choose your favorite type!
