Ingredients

  • 14 oz bag coleslaw mix

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard

  • 1 tsp garlic salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp chives

Directions

  • Add the coleslaw mix to a food processor fitted with the blade attachment. Pulse until it turns to small chunks. Remove and place into a large mixing bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine mayonnaise, heavy cream, mustard, garlic salt, pepper, and chives. Whisk until smooth.
  • Pour coleslaw dressing over coleslaw mix and stir to combine. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you do not eat up all coleslaw, keep it in an air container and store in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
