FAQ
Is Keto Strawberry Cheesecake suitable for a ketogenic diet?
Yes. This cheesecake is made with almond flour, full-fat dairy, fresh strawberries in moderation, and keto-approved sweeteners, keeping the carbohydrate content low and suitable for a ketogenic lifestyle.
Does this cheesecake require baking?
No. This is a no-bake cheesecake. The crust is pressed into the pan without baking, and the filling sets by chilling in the refrigerator or freezer.
Can frozen strawberries be used instead of fresh ones?
Yes. Frozen strawberries can be used if fresh ones are unavailable. Be sure to thaw and drain them well before blending to avoid excess moisture in the filling.
What sweetener works best for this recipe?
Powdered erythritol or powdered monk fruit sweetener works best, as powdered sweeteners dissolve smoothly and prevent a grainy texture in the cheesecake.
Is this cheesecake gluten-free?
Yes. The crust is made with almond flour instead of wheat flour, making the recipe naturally gluten-free.
How long does the cheesecake need to chill before serving?
The cheesecake should chill in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours or overnight for best results. If using the freezer, 2–3 hours is usually sufficient.
Can this cheesecake be frozen?
Yes. This cheesecake freezes well and can be stored in the freezer for up to one month. Thaw it in the refrigerator before serving for the best texture.
How should leftovers be stored?
Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consumed within 3–4 days to maintain freshness and flavor.
