Cheesy, crispy and almost zero carb, this keto chicken pizza crust recipe is perfect to add in the diet of low-carb and keto eaters.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Desired toppings (bell pepper, basils, tomatoes, bacon,..)

Directions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400 degree F.
  • In a bowl, gently combine ground chicken, cheese, Italian seasoning. Mix with your hands until well blended.
  • Line a large baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper; spray with cooking spray.
  • Place the ground chicken mixture onto the pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread the mixture into a thin layer, about 1/2 in. thick.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until light brown.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with favorite pizza toppings. Return to the oven for 10 minutes more, until the crust is golden brown and the cheese (if any) is melted.
  • Once cooked, remove from the oven; allow it to cool 5 minutes. Slice and serve.

Notes

  • To give this keto chicken pizza crust a better taste, you may serve it alongside a low-carb dipping sauce. As it’s simple and fast to make, just make it while waiting for the pizza cooked.
