3/4 cup allulose
2/3 cup good quality cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
- Whisk water, sweetener, cocoa powder, and salt in a large saucepan over medium heat. Whisking to well combined.
- Bring to a boil and let cook, not stirring, for 4 to 5 minutes, until it’s thickened. Remove and add vanilla. Whisk to combine. Let cool half an hour before transferring to a jar or bottle.
