4 slices bacon, chopped
1 pound small button mushrooms, rinsed and patted dry with paper towels
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp chili powder, or to taste
1/2 tsp sweet paprika, or to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the chopped bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from skillet and set aside.
