Ingredients
- For the garlic butter:
5 oz. butter, at room temperature
1 tbsp dried parsley
½ tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt and pepper
- For the rest:
4 pork chops
2 oz. butter, for frying
1 lb fresh green beans
salt and pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, put together butter, garlic, parsley and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Make a few small cuts in the fat surrounding the chops to help them stay flat when frying. Season with salt and pepper.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and fry for about 5 minutes on per side, until golden brown and thoroughly cooked through.
- Remove from pan and keep warm.
- In the same pan, add bean, salt and pepper. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for a couple of minutes, until vibrant, slightly softened but still a bit crunchy.
- Transfer pork chops and green beans to a plate. Spread with a dollop of garlic butter on top. Enjoy!
Notes
- You may swap green beans with asparagus if you like. They are still crunchy and friendly to your keto diet.
