Ingredients

  • 2 large Hass avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and cubed

  • 6 medium tomato, cut into wedges

  • 2 cups cucumber, chopped

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • 3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  • In a small bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk to well combined.
  • In a large bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh dill, and fresh parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • If you cannot deal with the flavor of the dill, replace it with your favorite one. Enjoy!
