Ingredients
2 large Hass avocados, halved, pitted, peeled, and cubed
6 medium tomato, cut into wedges
2 cups cucumber, chopped
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
3 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a small bowl, add lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper. Whisk to well combined.
- In a large bowl, combine avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, fresh dill, and fresh parsley. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
Notes
- If you cannot deal with the flavor of the dill, replace it with your favorite one. Enjoy!
