Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, grated or finely chopped

Directions

  • Option 1: Place riced cauliflower in a covered glass microwave dish. Microwave about 5 minutes or until just tender.
  • Option 2: Heat 1-2 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add in cauliflower and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until just tender.
  • Option 3: Lined a pot of water with a steamer basket. Bring to a boil. Pour in grated cauliflower and steam until just tender.

Notes

  • To save time, you may cut cauliflower into florets, pour them into a food processor and blend until they become rice-like.
