Ingredients
8 cups chopped broccoli florets
8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
6 ounces sharp cheddar, cut into small cubes
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup thinly sliced almonds
½ cup mayo
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, cheddar, onion, almonds, and bacon. Stir to combine and set aside.
- In small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and vinegar. Stir well.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli salad and stir well to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Aside from broccoli, you can also add favorite fresh fruits and vegetables to the salad, tomatoes and avocado, for instance.
