Ingredients
20 oz. chicken breast, cut into strip
20 oz. cauliflower, divide into small florets
3 1/2 oz. grated parmesan cheese
51⁄3 oz. bacon, diced
1 1/2 oz. butter
11/2 cups heavy whipping cream
4 garlic cloves
7 oz. fresh spinach
salt and pepper
Directions
- Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add in bacon; fry until crispy and cooked through. Drain, transfer to a bowl or a plate.
- Add butter in the pan. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add in chicken and sauté until thoroughly cooked. Remove from heat, pour the chicken in a bowl and let cool.
- Add some butter in the pan, add in garlic and sauté until it shrinks. Set aside.
- Add heavy whipping cream to the pan and let boil for a few minutes. Add parmesan cheese, bacon, chicken and spinach; season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lower the heat and simmer while parboiling the cauliflower.
- Bring a pot of lightly saltwater to boil. Parboil the cauliflower for a few minutes. Drain thoroughly.
- Add cauliflower, chicken and sauce to the pan. Stir and serve.
