Ingredients
1 cup black olives, cured in brine
1/8 cup capers
1/2 cup cold-pressed, high-quality extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1 cup fresh basil
1 cup fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on low until well combined, though not completely smooth. Serve.
Notes
- You can serve the tapenade immediately or store it in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
