Ingredients

  • 1 cup black olives, cured in brine

  • 1/8 cup capers

  • 1/2 cup cold-pressed, high-quality extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 cup fresh basil

  • 1 cup fresh parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend on low until well combined, though not completely smooth. Serve.

Notes

  • You can serve the tapenade immediately or store it in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
